The Golem and The Maharal's Wife

Based on a Jewish folktale, the story follows a young female Golem, a creature shaped from clay and bound to obey her maker's commands, who finds herself alone for the first time in her life and craving freedom. The wife of the man who made the golem finds herself faced with the decision whether to help the creature find that freedom--and perhaps find her own.
