JYOTI'S BRIDGE is a kind of love letter to the self, an acknowledgement that we can't exist outside of one another, that life has to be lived in the moment. This play zooms out far enough to reveal how fleeting the significant moments of our lives are, how malleable gender is, and how emotions get trapped in our bodies until we choose to face them. Truly a unique piece of theater with plenty of exciting potential for design, especially lighting and sound.

A strange, fast, hilarious, American comedy that manages to touch on everything from the immigrant experience to the ethics of media consumption to seeing your non-Artist family as artists. It asks you to look at it, and yourself, for what it is, for as long as you can. Absolutely worth a read (and its upcoming world premiere). The Yogurt of it all!

A delightful, wry take on the turn-of-the-century romp. Sensuality is not confined to the straight and young, which means joy abounds in this script. It has all the satisfaction of wish fulfillment without taking the expected paths to get there. So fun!

Atmospheric, tender, full of dread and humor. These characters speak like real people with years of relationship building (and breaking) under their belts. I loved being along for the ride of negotiating how this group was going to cope with an unimaginable loss. This play makes sure you’re looking exactly where it wants you to.

Any piece that centers and respects the inner lives of teenage girls is already special. OTP takes it to the next level with its perfectly timed pacing, fresh sense of humor, and expansive imaginative landscape. Highly recommend, especially as exciting new material for high schoolers!
